So close to a Working Demo




I started work on this at the start of June. Genuinely not sure what sparked it. Though granted I was playing The Long Dark and loving it, and I guess somewhere in my head I went... Zombie apocolypse... only without the guns and the violence. Lets have something quiet, something I can play without feeling like I need to be an action hero.
So please give a warm welcome the The Dying Days, the world after the dead have risen. And once risen they cannot be killed again, only avoided. And how do you continue on and survive in the world after such an event.
Please take a look at the video, a WIP walkthrough of the game maps, give an idea of the vibe of the game, and I hope to have the full demo ready to play soon, end of July at the latest. I'm so close I can taste it already. Just a few more systems to finish, some NPC dialogue to polish, and some testing to get on with.
I can't promise you a perfect demo, but I will do my best to make it work so you can join me in my quiet world after all the gunfire has died down.
